- · Stable angina- Angina pectoris is the symptom complex caused by transient myocardial ischemia due to fixed atheromatous stenosis of one or more coronary arteries .It may occur whenever there is imbalance between myocardial oxygen supply and demand.
- · Unstable angina-Is a clinical syndrome that is characterized by new-onset or rapidly worsening angina, angina on minimal exertion or angina at rest .Ischemia caused by dynamic obstruction of a coronary artery due to plaque rupture with superimposed thrombosis and spasm.
- · Heart Failure-Myocardial dysfunction due to infarction or ischemia.
- · Arrhythmia-Altered conduction due to infarction.
- · Sudden death-Ventricular arrhythmia, asystole or massive myocardial infarction.More details
